A young soprano Singer Laura Wright

I met Laura at an event for the Royal British Legion in 2011 cycling to Paris, in support of the Poppy appeal.
Asked "what sort of preparation have you done for the 300 mile journey to Paris?
"Not much, bought some Lycra stuff, and acquired a bike".

Laura made it to Paris to the Arc de Triomphe for the annual remembrance ceremony, where she was asked to sing. Still dress in Lycra she sang Danny Boy under the Arch of the Arc de Triomphe in from of the burning flame of the unknown soldier.

Since then she has performed for the Queen, a full house at Twickenham  for the 6 nations rugby, and the Royal Jubilee, also touring with acclaimed tenor Alfie Boe.

April 10th 2013 Laura's first commercial concert at the Elgar rooms of the Royal Albert Hall to see her sing live, boy this girl can sing!
With a mixture of classical songs to Jazz with some well known titles, chariots of Fire, and Born Free.

whether Laura will ride a bike again, to such destinations, will remain to be seen.
I feel there are many more challenges she may want to achieve.
